This 40-year-old woman from Hobart leads a busy life as a loan officer and a mother of one. Although she did not breast feed, her breasts lacked the volume and youthful shape that she desired. She decided to visit my office in Schererville to see if breast augmentation in Indiana would fit her body and lifestyle.

 

During her personal consultation I listened to her goals and answered her questions about breast enhancement. I explained how breast tissue elasticity can decrease for a number of reasons - not just breastfeeding or age - causing premature droopiness that can make even young, full breasts look flat. I recommended breast enlargement to shape the full and natural look she wanted, and together, we chose an incision site and silicone gel implants to fulfill her goals.

 

The patient had her surgery performed conveniently in her hometown at Lake Park Surgicare. I used general anesthesia to perform her outpatient procedure. After creating an incision underneath each breast, I inserted her 450cc silicone gel implants above her pectoral muscle, just behind the breast glands. For women with very little breast tissue this approach is generally not the best, but for women with a better volume of existing tissue to cover the implant this placement offers a faster recovery time than subpectoral placement.

 

As a result of her breast enhancement in Indiana, the patient has achieved the full breasts she desired. Her breasts truly add to her slim, feminine physique. The patient is very happy with her new look.
