This 25-year old dental hygiene student from Northwest Indiana, had fairly balanced breasts, but desired to increase her bust size so that her breasts would flatter her body better. Since she is not planning to have children, she knew she could not expect her breast size to change over time, so she decided to find out if she could make the change she wanted with the help of breast enhancement in Indiana. At her personal consultation at my Schererville office, she explained that she wanted to go from an A to a C cup bra size, and wanted her breasts to look full, but natural and not overdone. After examining her breasts and reviewing her medical history, I explained different options for breast implants and we settled on silicone implants in the 300-350cc range. Many women find that the silicone gel feels more natural than saline, and recommended a smaller implant size to give her the full, rounded look that she wanted while still keeping her breasts looking natural. We chose to place the implants below the chest muscle, which in general I prefer because it gives a gentler, very natural look to the whole breast. Afterward, she has healed beautifully and is very happy with her new breasts. She can now wear C cup bras, her breasts appear full and balanced, and they fit her slim figure very well.
